His first award came in 2003 when he was awarded Best Young Bartender. He continued to take 1st place in Best Bartender 5 in his homeland of Italy, Gancia Flair Challenge, International Flair Contest Slovenia, Lo Stacco Internatianal Flair Contest, Maxxium Cocktail Show, Station Flair Contest 3, Flair & Fun On The Beach and many more competitions.

Dario is a methodical competitor, watching his focused and fluid movements is an incredible treat. For an example, watch as he continues to elbow bounce a Grey Goose bottle 35 times!
